File bugs and feature requests as issues on the ryusim-validation repository on GitHub.

Open an issue

Before you file

• Check Troubleshooting for the error message.
• If the compile stops with error: unsupported construct, the construct is not implemented yet. The compliance matrix lists what is planned. A request for it is still useful: say which construct your design needs.

What to include

• The output of ryusim --version.
• The distribution and version, from /etc/os-release.
• The smallest design and testbench that show the problem.
• The exact commands you ran, and their complete output.
• For a wrong simulation result: what you expected, and obj_dir/ryusim-route.json from the compile. That file records how RyuSim built each module.

Example project

taxi-on-ryusim runs the cocotb tests of taxi, a SystemVerilog library of AXI, AXI stream, Ethernet and PCIe components, on RyuSim. Use it as a worked example of a large cocotb regression on RyuSim.
